I enjoy athletics, having played volleyball, softball and bowling. Now I golf, bike and also love to read and watch movies.

LindaLinda

I have been the receptionist at Mentz Orthodontics for 12 years. I enjoy helping you schedule appointments for your orthodontic needs – both for the office and our mobile unit that goes to the schools. I know sometimes finding time for these appointments can be a challenge, but our variety of hours available make my job much easier. I have met many wonderful families during my years working at the front desk!

When I'm not working, I enjoy reading and baking. I love sharing my baked goods with family and friends.

PeggyPeggy

I have been with Mentz Orthodontics since its beginning. I started my orthodontic career in 1987 working with Dr. Dennis Briggs, staying on with Dr. David Mentz after he took over the office when Dr. Briggs retired.

My favorite part of my job is getting to know so many people, along with their families and enriching their lives with new smiles. There is nothing more rewarding than hearing that “Wow, I can't believe it!” When the braces come off, our patients lives are never the same and it's an incredible thing to be a part of. I maintain my CPR certification and attend seminars to keep up with the latest in orthodontics.

Born and raised on a dairy farm, I now live in Appleton with my husband, Kevin and son, Tony who is currently a sophomore at Edgewood College in Madison. My interests include hiking, kayaking, biking, traveling, music (especially country), walks with my dog, Stanley and playing bunko. My husband and I cook meals for the COTS program, bringing smiles of another kind to men trying to get back on their feet.

PeggyMelissa

I recently graduated from the Dental Assistant program at Fox Valley Technical College, became a Certified Dental Assistant, and started working for Dr. Mentz last year.

I enjoy assisting with patients as well as working in the lab making models and retainers. This has been my dream job for quite a while. I love working with kids as well as adults and helping them have more self confidence due to a nicer smile. I find this profession to be very rewarding, especially when I get to see the beautiful results of people's patience and good hygiene treatment.

I come from a small family with just one older sister. She has given me the cutest nephew I could hope for and I babysit every chance I get! In my free time, I enjoy volunteering in a Bible education work as well as spending time with friends and family.
