Rewards Program

A partnership between the orthodontist and the patient is required for orthodontic treatment to reach a successful conclusion. Tokens (wooden nickels) are awarded to help/reward those who actively engage in this participation.
How you receive tokens:

• Arrive on time for your visit
• Good-to-excellent oral hygiene
• Wearing appliances/elastics as instructed
• No broken bands/brackets or bent archwires
• Refer someone (even a sibling) who begins orthodontic treatment
• Completing a 6 month exam/cleaning with a family dentist

There is a curio cabinet in the office that contains a number of items that are available. Each item has the number of tokens required. You may trade your tokens whenever you have accumulated enough to receive your item.
